The public gets what the public wants, but I want nothing that societies got, I'm going underground. - The Jam (1980)
Sometimes I wonder whether the journey travelled was worth the struggle. Do you find the effort of going through life knowing that fact is in itself a burden? I do. I guess it is worth remembering that there is so much more to find, so much more to discover.
Finding kindred spirits, like-minded but admittedly stronger souls (because the ability to fit beats the ability to comply every day), the recognition that being lost in this million piece jigsaw is over because of those that fit alongside you, is what keeps me alive and my heart wanting to beat out it's rhythmic dance, this shuffle walk of life.
I patiently await for your redemption song. Sing loud so I can hear.
